Pricing

• ½ Page – $75 if pictures and wording are submitted on or before December 5, 2025

• ½ Page – $125 if pictures and wording are late or incomplete as of December 5, 2025

• Full Page – $600 (standard full-page rate)

To secure the $100 rate, your submission must include final photos and wording that match a selected template by December 5, 2025. If photos and/or wording are missing on that date, the ad will be billed at $125.

• Custom (non-template) option: If you prefer your own design, a custom half-page ad is available at the full, non-discounted price of $400. (Full-page custom ads remain $600.) File specs: High-resolution 300 dpi PNG, JPEG, or PDF.

Design & Artwork Guidelines (Templates Required for Discount)

• Use one of the four approved templates. Ensure the photo orientation you send (landscape vs. portrait) matches the template.

• If your chosen template includes multiple photos, indicate which photo goes in each spot when you email them.

• Include the exact text you want added; keep it about the same length as the sample shown.

How to Submit

• Deadline: Submit complete materials (template choice, final photos, and final text) no later than December 5, 2025.

• File specs: High-resolution 300 dpi PNG or JPEG (Phone pictures work well)
