To secure the $75 rate, your submission must include final photos and wording that match a selected template by December 5, 2025. If photos and/or wording are missing on that date, the ad will be billed at $125.
Custom (non-template) option: If you prefer your own design, a custom half-page ad is available at the full, non-discounted price of $400. (Full-page custom ads remain $600.) File specs: High-resolution 300 dpi PNG, JPEG, or PDF.
Design & Artwork Guidelines (Templates Required for Discount)
Use one of the four approved templates. Ensure the photo orientation you send (landscape vs. portrait) matches the template.
If your chosen template includes multiple photos, indicate which photo goes in each spot when you email them.
Include the exact text you want added; keep it about the same length as the sample shown.
How to Submit
Deadline: Submit complete materials (template choice, final photos, and final text) no later than December 5, 2025.
